Be Bold No Essay Contest

Amount: $25,000

Bold.org believes that the world will be shaped by the bold—the fighters, the risk-takers, the earnest overachievers who won’t take no for an answer—the ones who know that a mountain is climbed a step at a time. The $25,000 “Be Bold” Scholarship is a no-essay scholarship that will be awarded to the applicant with the boldest profile. Being bold means being: earnest, determined, and moving. The $1,000 All Star Verified Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship designed by Verified Scholarships to help students pay for college. Latinos in Finance Scholarship

Amount: Up to $1,500

The purpose of the Latinos in Finance (LIF) Scholarship is to provide outstanding students with access to opportunities for higher education. To qualify for the LIF Scholarship, applicants must be enrolled in a U.S.-accredited, not-for-profit college or university, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be available to attend the LIF Bootcamp (in person or virtually) in September, and provide marketing material for ongoing scholarship campaigns.

TJ Crowson Memorial Scholarship

Amount: $1,500

Provider: The Crowson Family

The Crowson Family would like to enable higher education opportunities for other students in similar situations with aspirations for studying and practicing law, but who may lack the resources to pursue that path. Any low-income high school senior or undergraduate student who is pursuing law may apply for the TJ Crowson Memorial Scholarship.

Ultrafabrics Inc. Scholarship Award

Amount: $10,000

Provider: Ultrafabrics Inc.

The Ultrafabrics Inc. Scholarship Award aims to support the next generation of designers who are committed to prioritizing environmental and social sustainability. Any high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate student pursuing design or engineering with at least a 3.0 GPA may apply for this scholarship, but applicants pursuing textile design are preferred.

Naval Intelligence Essay Contest

Amount: $5,000

Provider: U.S. Naval Institute

This year’s Naval Intelligence Essay Contest invites you to propose a course for naval intelligence to adapt, inform, and shape the Navy and nation. Essays must be no more than 2,500 words, and they must be original and not previously published (online or in print), and they must not be considered for publication elsewhere.

“Atlas Shrugged”, by Ayn Rand, is a heroic mystery novel with uplifting philosophical themes that have positively inspired millions. It is full of larger-than-life heroes, such as industrialists, scientists, entrepreneurs, artists, inventors, and thinkers. The novel grapples with timeless, fundamental issues of human existence. The Ayn Rand “Atlas Shrugged” Novel Essay Contest is for students with a passion for reading and writing. Contestants must choose a prompt and write an 800-1,600-word essay in which they analyze and make an argument about an aspect or plot point of “Atlas Shrugged”.

Wieland Nurse Appreciation Scholarship

As one small way to make higher education more accessible to low-income students, the WC & EJ Thornton Foundation will award scholarships to students in any field of study who have an exemplary academic record but need financial assistance to pursue their dreams.
