Spencer Undergraduate Scholarship

Provider: Spencer

Spencer awards Undergraduate, Graduate, Ph.D., and Pre-Instructor of Practice scholarships to students enrolled at an accredited college or university. Applicants must seek a career in Risk Management, Insurance, and/or Actuarial Science.

Earnest F. Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship

Award Amount: $9,500

Provider: National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)

The Earnest F. Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship is designed to prepare students for careers related to oceanic and atmospheric science, research, technology, and education. The Hollings Scholarship Program provides successful undergraduate applicants with awards that include academic assistance for two years of full-time study and a 10-week internship at a NOAA facility during the summer.

AFCEA STEM Major Scholarships

Award Amount: Up to $5,000

Provider: AFCEA Educational Foundation

The AFCEA Educational Foundation offers STEM scholarships ranging from $2,500 to $5,000 each to qualified applicants. Applicants must be college sophomores or juniors. 

The LAGRANT Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships

Award Amount: $2,000

Provider: The LAGRANT Foundation

Each year, The LAGRANT Foundation provides scholarships to undergraduate ethnic minority students who are attending accredited institutions and are pursuing careers in the fields of advertising, marketing or public relations. MyBioSource Inc. Scholarship for STEM Majors

Award Amount: $1,000

Provider: MyBioSource

MyBioSource is proud to announce its annual “MyBioSource Scholarship Program” for S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics ) majors. Winners can use the award towards tuition, books, supplies, or other costs associated with obtaining a higher education. 

Future Journalism Teacher Scholarship

Award Amount: $1,000

Provider: The Journalism Education Association

The Journalism Education Association sponsors up to two $1,000 scholarships for education majors who intend to teach scholastic journalism. Each recipient must be a college junior, senior, or master’s degree student in a program designed to prepare him/her for teaching at the secondary-school level.

The Anders Scholarship

Award Amount: $1,000

Provider: Anders Group

The Anders Scholarship awards $1,000 to a student with a unique appreciation and perspective of the medical field. Applicants must be enrolled in a college or trade program.
